Lilla Åland and Miss Tailor at Hotell Lassalyckan
Swedish wood in a setting close to nature
Surrounded by forests and outdoor life in Ulricehamn, Hotell Lassalyckan brings together accommodation, dining, conferences and activities in a warm and relaxed setting, with nature just outside the door.
In the hotel restaurant, two Stolab designs have found their place – the Lilla Åland chair and the Miss Tailor table. Two pieces crafted from solid wood that together create a natural and welcoming setting for everything from breakfast in the morning to lunches, dinners and gatherings.

Two designs with wood at their heart
Lilla Åland, designed by Carl Malmsten, is one of Stolab’s most iconic pieces and a true representative of Swedish furniture tradition. With its soft shapes, turned spindles and carefully crafted details, the chair has an expression that feels just as relevant today as when it was designed in 1942.
Paired with Lilla Åland is the Miss Tailor table, designed by Jonas Lindvall. Its generous solid wood tabletop and softly shaped details create a natural dialogue with the character of Lilla Åland. The apron-free construction also allows the chair to be positioned close to the table – a considered detail that enhances both comfort and functionality.

Designed for places where people come together
The restaurant at Hotell Lassalyckan is a place that comes to life throughout the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here, while the space also provides a natural meeting place for hotel guests, conference visitors, families and friends.
In an environment like this, furniture needs to be both functional and inviting. Lilla Åland and Miss Tailor combine skilled craftsmanship with timeless design and the natural warmth of solid wood. Furniture made to be used – every day and for many years to come.
At Hotell Lassalyckan, the pieces become part of a relaxed restaurant setting where the closeness to Swedish nature feels ever-present. A place for meals, conversations and gatherings, with solid wood as a natural part of the whole.
