The Siv & Carl Malmsten Memorial Foundation preserves and develops the legacy of Carl Malmsten, working to ensure that his ideas about quality, craftsmanship and design continue to inspire future generations.

Stolab has a long-standing connection to Carl Malmsten’s work and today manufactures several of his designs, including Lilla Åland. Through our collaboration with the foundation, an important part of Swedish design heritage continues to be relevant today – crafted with great care and attention to materials, details and craftsmanship.
