Marit is a designer with her own studio and a trained cabinetmaker from Capellagården. She also teaches design and cabinetmaking at Capellagården’s main programme and works as a guest lecturer and writer.

Over the years, Marit has designed several pieces of furniture for Stolab, including the classic Carl dining table. In addition to indoor furniture, she has also designed lighting and outdoor furniture.
